Prior to joining Arrka Capital, Raghavendra held leadership roles at BlackRock and other top-tier firms, where he played a pivotal role in structuring and executing complex M&A deals. His expertise spans industries such as FMCG, technology, manufacturing, and transportation across global markets.

Raghavendra is known for aligning operations with buyer expectations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless transitions. As a trusted advisor, he helps companies prepare for strategic acquisitions, guiding them through every stage of the transaction process.

She is known for crafting compelling brand stories and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business results. Nichole founded and scaled a company, later selling it through a strategic acquisition.
